Where can I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased online (e-gift card) or in store (physical gift card).
Do gift cards expire?
Gift cards never expire.

What payment methods do you offer?

What is your return and refund policy?
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns can only be returned in store.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we accept exchanges. Proof of purchase is required for an exchange.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How do I cancel an online order?
We typically process online orders immediately upon purchase. There is no guarantee we can cancel an order. Should any concerns arise, please contact us.
Do you offer shipping for online purchases?
Shipping is not yet available for online purchases. In store pickups are only available for online purchases.
When will my online order be ready for pickup?
We process and pack orders almost immediately after receiving them. Pickup ranges between 2 and 4 hours. You will be contacted via email when pickup is ready. Bring your confirmation email when you collect your order.

How long do you hold online order pickups?
Due to limited space, we hold pickup orders for 24 hours. After 24 hours, your order will be canceled and refunded.
You will be contacted via email when pickup is ready. Bring your confirmation email when you collect your order.

How do I access my rewards?
You can access your rewards through your online customer account or via the toggle on the bottom right-hand corner of the website.
How do I use my rewards?
Customers are granted rewards through an automatic reward point system. You can earn and redeem points by completing various tasks.
Why can't I redeem my rewards?
If you cannot redeem your rewards, please contact us.
Do rewards expire?
All customer points will reset if you do not earn or redeem points in the past 1 year.

No, we do not offer wholesale purchases. Lily's Dancewear is a boutique designed for the dance community.

We receive new products daily. Please visit our location or contact us if you are interested in learning about our new products.
